Training started at 15.00 at the Milanello sports centre ahead of Milan-Verona on Sunday evening. The first match of the second half of the season and also the first match for Clarence Seedorf and coach of the Rossoneri.
Training started with a run to warm up followed by the players involved in a stretching session with some calisthenics.
The team then moved onto some ball work working on possession on a reduced pitch. This was followed up by some tactical considerations ahead of Sunday evening’s match against Andrea Mandorlini’s side at the San Siro.
Training ended with a practice match on half the pitch with goalkeepers.
